Product Manager
About the Role
We're seeking a Product Manager to own and drive key areas of our AI-powered financial platform. You'll work at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities to define what we build and why.
This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate directly with our founding team, engineering, and design to ship products that transform how people manage their finances. You'll have significant ownership and the opportunity to shape the direction of the company.
What You'll Do
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area
- Conduct user research and synthesize insights into product decisions
- Write clear product requirements and user stories
- Prioritize features based on user impact and business value
- Work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality features
- Analyze product metrics and drive data-informed decisions
- Communicate product plans to stakeholders across the company
- Identify and evaluate new product opportunities
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Track record of shipping successful consumer products
- Experience with data-driven decision making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skills
- User research and customer development
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
- SQL and basic data analysis
Nice to Have
- Fintech or financial services experience
- Experience with AI/ML products
- Background in mobile app development
- MBA or technical degree
